AeroSorber Modularity

AeroSorber comes in three configurations adjusted to the weight that has to be carried. For light products there is the 5 to 9 kg AeroSorber, for medium weight the 8 to 15 kg AeroSorber and for heavier weights the 14-19 kg AeroSorber. Modularity

At least four AeroSorber shall be used for your product in this way creating a symmetrical distribution of load. This means that the minimum weight that will be carried by the AeroSorber is 20 kg, with the AeroSorbers 5 - 9 kg. The minimum of 20 kg is including additional protection that is placed on the AeroSorbers. Think about a wooden frame that encloses an object and will be completely placed on the Aerosorbers. For lighter products including the additional protection it is easy to add extra balast weight to reach the 20 kg. For higher loads more than four AeroSorbers will be used. In this way very large objects can be protected in a very reliable way.
